Q. What is Waves?
A. Sparkling water infused with Tea Lemonade and hemp-derived Delta 9 THC and CBD!
Q. How much THC is in Waves?
A. Our current version contains 5 mg of THC and 10mg CBD per 16 oz serving. We are excited to dream up and offer some other variations in the near future!
Q. What’s the difference between hemp-derived THC and marijuana-derived THC?
A. Chemically there is no difference between the two and the effects are the same – hemp is the same plant but contains less than .3% THC on a dry weight basis.
Q. Is it legal to produce & sell?
A. Yes! As of July 1, 2022, the state of Minnesota legalized products that contain hemp-derived tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the primary intoxicant found in cannabis plants. Products may contain no more than 5 mg per serving and no more than 50 mg per package.
Q. How does drinking THC affect a person and is it safe to consume?
A. Sensitivities to THC vary from person to person and everyone is unique and tolerance varies. We recommend starting slow to find what works for you. Effects can typically be felt in fifteen or less minutes and last for about an hour per serving.
Q. Does Waves need to be refrigerated?
A. For optimal flavor and experience, we recommend storing and serving cold though it does not have to be.
Q. How old do you have to be to purchase and consume Waves
A. You must be 21+ years of age to purchase and consume.
